• Supervise academic tutors and make sure they turn in any weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide students with an introduction presentation to the program.
• Provide assistance any information they might have on the program or college.
• Assist students to complete and submit FAFSA and scholarship applications.
• Assist students with registration process.
• Provide academic tutoring for developmental and college level courses in English and other language arts
classes to all program participants.
• Conduct follow ups to keep track of students’ academic progress and to assess student needs.
• Deliver study skills and financial literacy workshops.
• Keep records of program participants and prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Refer students to other departments for further assistance and guidance.
• Conduct class presentations and other outreach activities to promote program services.
• Maintain a close working relationship with faculty and staff to facilitate referrals and better assist students.
• Assist with various projects such as designing the program newsletter and flyers.
• Run the social media web pages for the program.
